At NFL Homestay, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and transparent experience for all guests. The following policies outline our guidelines on stay, conduct, safety, data handling, and overall responsibilities. By confirming a reservation or staying with us, guests agree to follow these terms.
1. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: From 12:00 PM onward
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
2. House Rules
- No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM.
- Only registered guests are permitted within the premises.
- Maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste in designated dustbins.
- Please turn off heaters, lights, and geysers when not in use.
3. ID Verification & Guest Information
To ensure safety and comply with local regulations:
- All guests must present a valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.).
- International guests must provide passport + visa prior to check-in.
- Guest information is collected only for verification, safety, and legal requirements.
- We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
4. Safety & Security
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms; allowed only in designated areas.
- Cooking inside rooms is not allowed unless a kitchenette is provided.
- NFL Homestay is not responsible for loss of valuables; guests are advised to secure their belongings.
5. Heating, Geyser & Electricity Usage
- Use heating devices responsibly; do not cover heaters.
- Turn off geysers after use to avoid overheating.
- Power cuts may occur due to local conditions; backup will be provided where possible.
6. Meals
- Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Outside food is permitted.
- Special meals or authentic Kashmiri dishes are available on prior request.
7. Visitors & Extra Guests
- Visitors and extra guests are allowed only with prior approval.
- Extra bedding, if required, will be billed separately.
8. Pets
- Pets are not allowed within the homestay premises.
9. Damage & Liability
- Any damage to property, appliances, furniture, or linens will be charged to the guest.
- Misuse of electrical appliances or heaters is prohibited and may result in penalties.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
- No refunds for no-shows.
11. Environmental Respect
- Use water, electricity, and heating appliances responsibly.
- Kindly respect local customs, culture, and the surrounding environment.
12. Emergency Support
For any assistance, guests may contact the host directly.
